Hands-on & Case-based

Our certification focuses on everything you need to not only know about Customer Success but have the skills to actually do what is needed to be successful in your role. We teach case-base so that you figure out real-life situations and come up with solutions. In this way you can directly incorporate your new-found skills in your work.

More and deep-dive time

Through our live classes you receive valuable feedback and insights on how to tackle the cases and learn how to look at the case from various angles. In these 25 hours of intesive and small group classes (max. 25 people / class) will you be able to get direct feedback for your assigned work and work on cases together with your peers for learning from each other.

Industry Expert Instructors

Your instructor has worked at companies like Linkedin, Miro and Seismic in Customer Success and Sales roles working with clients and knows what is important to strive as a Customer Success Manager. She worked in startups, scaleups and in Enterprise, worked with SMB, Enterprise and Strategic clients and worked in Customer Success roles with varying responsibility levels. She will invite visiting Instructors as well.
